Product composition

Goose Foie Gras, Water, Truffles 3% (Tuber melanosporum), Portwine, Salt, Sugar, Pork Gelatin, Sugar, Pepper, Antioxidant : sodium ascorbate, Preservative : sodium nitrite.
Serve at a temperature between 8°C and + 12°C. Open the box from both sides and unmold your foie gras by pushing on one of the covers. Slice the product with a knife previously dipped in warm water.
